Whats the difference between Gamba Socks and normal socks?

Gamba Socks have Lockweave™ Micro Grip Thread on the toe and heel. The fabric grips your climbing shoes and doesn't slip. Gamba Socks are also ultra thin, quick dry, and have distinct left and right toe boxes for a custom-like fit. 

What makes LockWeave™ Micro Grip Thread grippy?

The grip comes from splitting the thread fibers to 1/20th the normal size. Normal sock threads have ~30 fibers per thread. Lockweave™ micro grip threads have 860. More fibers increases the surface area of the thread and makes the fabric grippy. There are no additives. And the grip does not fade over time!

Can I wear the same size climbing shoe with Gamba Socks?

Yes! Typically our socks will fit in your current climbing shoe. Gamba Socks have ultra thin fabric that stretches and hugs your foot.

Will these socks help stinky climbing shoes?

Yes! Gamba Socks prevent dead skin and bacteria from spreading to your climbing shoes. They are machine washable and dry very fast.
