Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@gambasocks.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns unless otherwise stated. Customized, final sale, and gift card purchases are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Reach out to us at hello@gambasocks.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Right of Withdrawal
EU customers — your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by email us at hello@gambasocks.com
We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email promptly upon receipt.
After notifying us, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
